What do we do?

We investigate whether your name or trademark will infringe upon the rights of a third party -- in relation to:

c) A domain name

We also investigate whether there are any obvious infringements of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act.

With the help of our report, you can decide whether to invest time and money in establishing a trademark and name. We can also assist you in purchasing any rights from third parties (not included in the fixed price).
