If you wish to start a new company, a number of formal requirements must be met. By letting us handle these matters, you can
concentrate on making your company prosper.
We have bundled together the most relevant of these formalities in what we call our "Start-up package". The package contains
the following elements, of which you can purchase one or several:
- Legal consultation with us (up to 1 hour)
- Incorporation of company
- Shareholder agreements (clarifies the relationship between the owners)
- Board work (board instructions etc.)
- Delivery agreement/terms (reduces the risk if something goes wrong in the delivery)
- Employment contracts (mandatory and an advantage for both parties)
- Trademark registration (protects marketing investments)
Price: NOK 22,000 excluding VAT. Normal price: approx. NOK 30,000 excluding VAT.
External costs also apply, such as for accountant and company registration. The extent to which agreements must be revised varies
greatly, so all prices refer to a first draft.
