If not renewed, trademarks expire after ten years.
If you have an agreement for the:
- monitoring of a trademark or
- a trademark service agreement,
we will ensure that you are notified in good time before the expiration of the registration period.
If requested, we can renew the trademark for you.
- Price in Norway: NOK 2,000 per year
- Price in Norway and up to 10 other countries: NOK 4,000 per year
- Price in Norway and in 10 to 30 other countries: NOK 6,000 per year.
- Price for further countries: Please request a quote.
Fees for the registration authority (Patent Office in Norway) are extra.
